Why this book matters

You don’t need a different personality. You need a new perspective.

Missionaries and community leaders already know how to enter a new setting, listen carefully, notice what people are carrying, and adapt their response. Those are also powerful entrepreneurial instincts. This book helps you recognize those strengths and apply them deliberately in the marketplace.

01 · PAY ATTENTION

Start with people

Learn what customers actually experience before deciding what to build. Close observation can uncover the needs hidden beneath the obvious problem.

02 · LEARN BY TRYING

Test a small response

Use experiments to learn from real people, adapt your idea, and steward your time and resources before you commit to a large solution.

03 · BUILD TOGETHER

Make care sustainable

Work with customers and partners, and shape a business model that can keep delivering value to people and the community.

The central idea

The posture is already there. Bring it into the marketplace.
